Longer than on a weatherboard, because access is the constraint. Solid brick walls, limited subfloor and a tight roof space all add time. We would rather quote a realistic duration after looking at the house than give you a number that slips by a week.
Yes, and it works far better that way. Getting us in at design stage means the board, the mains and the circuit layout are allowed for in the plans instead of being squeezed in at fit-off. We are used to coordinating with builders, cabinetmakers and plumbers on renovation timelines.
